Our Grading

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING FROM VINTAGE BROTHERS WHOLESALE YOU UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE ORDERING FOR YOUR BUSINESS. 

 

All clothing has its own unique intended purpose, their past tells their own stories through how worn they are.

For example; brands such has Carhartt are intended on tackling the elements within a working environment so by their nature of intended use will generally have more signs of wear. Whereas a Ralph Lauren shirt, which will have most likely been worn in a formal environment, will likely have less signs of wear.

Our grading is simple and easy to understand, we grade in to two separate criteria:

• 1st Choice - Suitable for resale with little to no wear.
  (Carhartt may be worn with scuffs and markings) 

• 2nd Choice - Suitable for reworking, over-dying and fixing
  (will show signs of heavy wear or maybe great condition just a large size)  

 

Our Leg-wear grading is as follows:

• 1st Choice - nothing over a size 38 waist, suitable for resale condition  
• 2nd Choice - large sizing 38 waist and above, may need more attention.
