Terms, Conditions & Returns
Our bundles are graded not once but twice for your full satisfaction. We have two teams of specially trained graders both in the USA and the UK ensuring only the best quality will be arriving at your door.
Our bundles are grade A quality and are priced per piece (unless stated) by selling the product this way we are ensuring you the client knows exactly what you’re paying per item therefore you’re able to price the product with your profit margin in mind.
We have decided to keep the number of items per bundle low to keep your overheads even lower. We believe you need to be know exactly how many items you will be receiving which in turn helps tracking stock levels and making reordering easier.
We understand for some clients buying ‘blind’ can be daunting at times but to put your minds at ease we will allow clients to visit our grading facility here in the UK to check the sacks themselves but under no circumstances do we allow handpicking within our warehouse. By not allowing handpicks we are guaranteeing our clients the highest quality sacks money has to offer.
Pricing
All of our prices are priced per piece (unless stated) and are exclusive of VAT (value added tax) shipping costs may differ and will be added at the checkout.
Please be aware prices may fluctuate due to inflation and we carry all rights to change the prices without prior notice as and when we (Vintage Bros Wholesale) deem fitting. By purchasing from our website you accept our T&C’s.
Customs & Duty Taxes
For customers based outside of the UK, VAT & import duty charges may occur upon arrival or before release of your delivery from our courier. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer & must be paid in full by the yourselves. We are not responsible for these charges & are unable to advise on them as each country varies, for more information please check your local government website.
In the event that the customs charges are left unpaid & the courier is unable to deliver, our courier may return your shipment to us & the charges for the return shipment/costs involved will be deducted from your order refund total as well as the original shipping charges.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment in full. All UK orders are sent tracked with next day delivery please be aware shipping cut off times may dictate if you receive next day delivery.
Overseas clients please see ‘Customs & Duty taxes’ section for relevant information on payments. In regards to shipping overseas, our back office team will try finding the most efficient & cost effective shipping companies to deliver your parcels.
Refunds / reruns or exchanges
Please be aware we operate as standard under the business to business selling regulations, we do not work or are covered by the business to consumer law.
If for some reason you believe our grade A sacks contain grade B items we advise you send images of the items you believe are not graded correctly with a break down of how many items are not in grade A condition to - vintagebroswholesale@gmail.com and someone from our returns department will aim to get back to you within a 5 working day period. If your packages qualifies for a return we will take the appropriate actions to either processing a full refund minus shipping costs or an exchange for a like for like product.
Grade B / Kilo sale sacks are non refundable due to the nature of the products. Please also read the product description carefully and also be 100% sure of your purchase before proceeding. We do not accept returns on products you do not personally like because it isn’t your style or because you have ‘buyers remorse’
we work on a 2 weeks grace period for return on stock.
Reworks / Remade
All of our reworks are made in house at our facility here in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We use only damaged / Grade C items to recreate garments. Lead times on our rework products may vary depending on orders but we will also keep you updated.
By remaking damaged items into new garments we are trying our very best to improve our companies Carbon footprint.
Moving towards a greener future
Vintage Bros Wholesale are dedicated to becoming a fully sustainable business. We take all the appropriate steps to ensure we are lowering our carbon footprint each month. We are constantly working towards a greener future and we have plans in place for the next 10 years to help us achieve this. Our business alone saves over 200,000kg of textile waste from landfills each year, to date we have saved over 1,000,000kg from landfills and we aim to double this figure in the near future.
Returns
If you’re sending items back to our warehouse they must be sent in the same condition you received them (folded inside sacks) If you return the items in unsatisfactory condition/ packaging we will be unable to process the refund.
